Located just one block from the pedestrian street of Apostolou Pavlou and only a three-minute walk from Thissio metro station, this charming 100m² apartment offers a wonderful combination of tranquility, character, and authentic Greek living.
Set in the heart of historic Thissio, the apartment is surrounded by some of Athens’ most iconic landmarks, including the Ancient Agora, Kerameikos, the Pnyx, and, of course, the Acropolis. At the same time, everything you need for everyday life is right on your doorstep, with convenience stores, cafés, tavernas, and local shops all within easy walking distance.
The apartment occupies the first floor of a beautiful three-storey house and has its own private entrance. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. As you come up the staircase, you enter a central hallway from which all the rooms flow naturally: the kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, a small study, and the lovely living room, which opens onto a small balcony.
The apartment is in very good condition and retains much of its original character, with beautiful wooden floors and traditional French doors. These period features are complemented by modern comforts, including independent gas heating and air conditioning.
Comfortable, peaceful, and full of character, this is a special home in one of Athens’ most atmospheric and sought-after neighborhoods—perfect for anyone looking to experience the city’s history and vibrant local life while still enjoying a sense of serenity.
