Located a few blocks from the Acropolis and its much pleasant pedestrian ways this quiet and luminous flat of 60 sqm has been very recently fully redesigned.
it consists of two main rooms (living and bedroom with wardrobe) leading both to a tiny balcony that is looking at the back of the building and part of Acropolis. On the other end, right at the entrance, the kitchen has been opened to the lobby and may serve as dining area next to a small recess that may fit an office. In the middle the bathroom looks really pretty and locates the washing machine below a usefull closet.
The redesign has followed architect's overview and respects the original building material while refreshing the overall outlook. Thanks to qualitative new windows the property's energy efficiency has been paralelly much improved.
